Ůmammie is a culinary studio based in The Hague, founded by Sofia Melis (27), a private chef with Czech roots. With a focus on catering, private dining, pop-ups, and guest chef appearances, every project is crafted to feel personal, flexible, and memorable.

Ůmammie has collaborated with partners such as Club Laak, Bodegon Den Haag, PIP, Vincenzo’s, Noyers Vintage, and De Bootjes — creating experiences that move fluidly between food, culture, and community. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a large celebration, Umammie shapes moments that linger.
